2. Number of Layers

   • Single-Layer Boards: Simple structure, ideal for industrial control and electronic instruments with straightforward circuitry.
   • Double-Layer Boards: Feature two copper foils, increased vias, and are suitable for applications in mobile phones and automotive instruments.

3. Solder Mask Color Options

   • Yellow: Recommended for most products, including various cable products.
   • Black: Commonly used in high-end or light-sensitive applications such as cars, mobile phones, LED displays, etc.
   • White: Includes an additional white coating, ideal for products requiring reflection, like lighting fixtures and medical beauty devices.

4. Copper Foil Thickness Options

   • Precision FPC Single Panel: 18um (0.5oz) or 35um (1oz).
   • Precision FPC Double-Layer Board: 12um (0.33oz), 18um (0.5oz), or 35um (1oz).
   • Ordinary FPC Single Panel: Options include 18um/25um/35um (1oz) or 50um.
   • Ordinary FPC Double-Layer Board: Choices are 18-25um, 25-25um, 35-35um, or 35-70um.
